These stages have different configurations so if you have a special need make sure you pick the right one.
Please use the following order to see if the date you need is available and reserve your date.
Step 1.
Calendar page look first to see if date is open (This will save a lot of time if date is not available)
Remember that there is stage 1, 2 and 3. Look and see, if there is a pending booking, that doesn't nean its booked all events are first come first serve. So see if all three are available. Sometimes we can substitute one stage for another at the same price. (at the discresion of CALCDN)
Step 2.
Fill out date request form. Click just below the calendar button (drop down menu) above.
DO NOT PAY FOR IT YET! Just because it looks open it could be booked and not posted. There is a $30 return fee from the credit card company if you pay and we cannot do it for you..
3. After you get confirmation from us by email or by phone, then Make a deposit to hold your date. (payments tab above)
4. If you know the amount and want to pay on-line goto payments above.
Also we have available Face Painting for your event. tables, chairs canopies, umbrellas through other venders.
