Rental terms and condition

 

  • 1. The customer (and or agent )agrees (by using this site) and holds harmless California Church Directory for all liabilities and claims; both in personal injury, and or property.
  • The customer certifies that the customer or organization carries an umbrella liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 for public events on file at the city where the event is taking place.( Mandatory that all permits are complete before the event starts and copies forwarded to CALCDN )
  • 2. The organization named on contract agrees to pay for any damage occurred by anyone using the stage while performing, or any acts committed by a spectator or spectator group.
  • 3. California Church Directory reserves the right to terminate any event at any time, for any and all situation deemed to be unsatisfactory for safety and preserving equipment. Minimum rates will still apply.
  • 4.  Proof of insurance is mandatory before any set up.
  • 5. $100.00-$300 Booking fee/ Deposit is required to hold date, and is non-refundable if event is canceled.
  • 6. If event is shortened due to lack of participation of event or any other difficulties, and the rental was determined “by the hour” a 4 hr. minimum is required, even if said event runs less then  the minimum. Any thing over the minimum will be charged by an hourly rate of $125 per hr. for stage 1 and $150 per hr. for stage 2 and $250 per hr. for stage 3 at 15 minute increments.
  • 7. Any special discounted Group or organization rates are non-refundable.
  • 8. Any events outside of Perris Ca. will be subject to a mileage fee per mile to and from.
  • 9. Full payment is due before stage set up.
  • 10. Clean up fees will be charged by the hour if tape or tape residue and or other items such as rope, string, ribbon etc. has to be removed by our staff.
  • 11. Any damage due to miss use will also be the responsibility of signed customer.
