First you must check the date that you are requesting on our calendar. If the date is open, then go to our Reserve request Form form page. Be sure to give all the contact information so that we can confirm your date.

Why do I have to specify AM or PM?

This is because there may be multiple events in one day,  and we need this to coordinate deliveries at a different location, and the timing may allow us to rent the stage for two events.
